🎶 Types of Participation

  • Solo / Vocal / Instrumental
  • Duet / Trio / Quartet / Small Ensemble
  • Choir / Large Ensemble

🎤 Performance and Technical Rules

  • The duration of the participants' stay on stage (including entrance-exit) is 7 minutes for solo, 12 minutes for trio and groups, maximum 20 minutes for choir.
  • Participants must appear on stage in concert attire.
  • Piano and sheet music stand will be provided on stage.
  • The chorepetitor (piano accompaniment) is provided by the participants.
  • Participants are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation expenses.
  • The days and hours announced in the festival program cannot be changed.
  • Our festival is organized as an international classical music festival. Traditional instruments are not accepted.

📷 Visual Recording and Publication Rights

  • The right to use the photographs and video recordings made within the scope of the Festival belongs to the Festival Organizing Committee.
  • Participants who apply are deemed to have accepted the use of the visual recordings to be made during the festival for promotional and archival purposes.

Trio, Quartet and Quartet Participation

Participation of Choirs and Instrumental Ensembles
3.500 TL
Before applying, the participation fee must be paid and the receipt must be uploaded to the system during registration.
Records registration system through the website.
Description section “Festival - Participant Name Surname” must be written.
Payments to the organization company ATLAX is collected on behalf of the festival. Invoices are sent by e-mail at the end of the festival.

Registration Cancellation and Change Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be notified to ATLAX in writing.
  • June 4, 2026 for the cancellation applications made until %75’i will be returned.
  • After June 4, 2026, cancellation and refund requests will not be processed.
  • All refunds are made after the festival.

📜 Documents

  • At the end of the festival, all participants and their trainers will be presented with an “International Festival Participation and Appreciation Certificate”.

Festival Participation.

All classical music instruments, chamber music ensembles (trio, quartet, etc.), singing, choral and instrumental ensembles can participate in our festival.
